Approachable Fitness & Physical Therapy
The Studio classes are small and friendly with a maximum of 7 people per class.
All classes are tailored to the participants and how they are feeling at the time. I promote an informal environment where you are encouraged to input to the session and be interactive. This ensures that you get the best individual result within a class environment, and you experience maximum enjoyment from your exercise.
I am continually updating my knowledge base through training and study. As new techniques become available relevant elements are introduced into the class. A combination of exercises and knowledge from a number of different methods tend to create the best programme for the group.
As a result of the two factors above, the precise content of all classes changes on a weekly basis. This ensures that classes are varied, challenging, enjoyable and effective.
IMF ”SELECT" Classes: Less of a class, more of a shared one to one.
I have designed IMF “SELECT” Classes to enable people to benefit from I Move Freely exercise in a smaller group. This enables me to give extensive individual attention to each attendee.
A typical session may include a short initial assessment, possibly a “through clothes” massage of troublesome areas and always exercises specifically to address the individuals’ conditions. This is possible only by restricting the group size.
These sessions are not taught as a class, more, a shared one to one session.
They will appeal to anyone who is keen to get the most benefit from their exercises, or have specific chronic conditions.
