I offer classes, massage and one to one sessions on Thursdays, Fridays and occassional Saturdays. Bookings can be at anytime - morning, afternoon or early evening. Contact me to make a booking.

Specialist treatment of Low Back Pain.
The most effective remedy for low back pain is the use of exercise to strengthen the muscles providing the spine with support, combined with massage to release tight muscle and connecting fascia. The exercise does not need to be strenuous but should be kept up, ideally on a daily basis. The exercises on the link below which are very similar to those we offer in class so do try them at home. Remember to check with your GP if you have any doubt about your ability to take part in exercises.

Do ask at your next session which sections would be most suitable for you.
We recommend that you attend a class, or one to one session, with us prior to using any of these video clips. This is to ensure that you safely get the maximum benefit.
